Who do I help?

You who use your voice professionally.

I help individuals or groups within companies and organizations use their voice authentically, gain greater impact, and use the breath as a foundation—both in professional and personal life. This includes consultants, lawyers, leaders, educators, politicians, and podcast/radio/TV hosts.

You who are a professional performing artist.

Are you, for example, a singer, dancer, musician, or actor? I support performing artists who rely on a strong and healthy voice in their professional work. I offer voice training, voice rehabilitation, courses, and more.

I help people unlock their full potential in their professional lives — especially those who rely on their voice, need to radiate presence, and remain grounded in their body in front of others.

YOUR TONGUE CONTROLS YOUR VOICE – Webinar

June 15th, 7:00–9:00 PM on Zoom

Did you know that the tongue is one of the strongest muscles in your body relative to its size? With its eight muscles, it can lift up to 500 grams! But even more important is its enormous impact on your voice.

The tongue plays a crucial role in everything from tone and resonance to breathing and articulation. It can cause tension in the palate, jaw, neck, and throat.

It’s essential for your posture, breath, text clarity, speed of air, resonance, and even your ability to create vibrato. In short: nearly all voice issues can be traced back to the tongue!

Have you experienced:

– Unclear articulation when speaking or singing?
– Difficulty sustaining breath or singing long phrases?
– A strained, tight, or tense tone?

Then it’s time to take control of your tongue!

Exclusive webinar: Learn to free your voice through the tongue.

You’ll get:

– A physiological explanation of how the tongue affects your voice
– Practical exercises to release tension and give you more vocal freedom
– Insight into where your challenges come from — and how to resolve them

Would you like to perform freely, express yourself with confidence and personality?

I’ve worked with training and maintaining professional voices for over 20 years and have met countless singers, actors, and speakers who only discovered late how much the tongue affects their voice. Many are surprised by the difference just a few targeted exercises can make.

News: Strengthen Your Personal Leadership

– In collaboration with Bent Nielson

As a leader, when you aim to appear clear and authentic, your voice and personal values are essential elements that support both your message and your presence. When there is alignment between what you say and how you say it, your communication becomes more authentic.

The next course will take place in autumn 2024.

What do they say about me?

**Why voice training?**

Your voice is your vocal business card – and it greatly influences how others perceive you. A professional voice user can perform freely without straining or damaging the voice.

Freedom

Awareness of the voice’s health and potential requires repetition and deepening. Training, calm, and focus provide you with the tools to use your voice to its fullest.

The authentic voice

Den autentiske stemme

Your voice is unique—there is no other voice like yours. By training your voice to its full potential, you strengthen your authenticity, and by increasing your body awareness and understanding of your voice, you create a physical foundation for a more powerful personal expression.

Let the breath go

Tension in the throat and larynx can prevent your voice from expressing itself freely. Such tension may come from holding your breath or not releasing it deeply enough. Notice if you’re unconsciously holding in your stomach, or tensing your tongue, jaw, or throat. Get support in letting go — so your breath and your voice can be free.
