When we use our voice professionally, it’s not always easy to identify what the issue is or why the voice isn’t functioning optimally. The answer often lies in physiology — perhaps it’s bad habits, tension, a lack of body awareness, or an unbalanced breath.

This course offers deep insight into how you can work with your voice to achieve a healthy, authentic, and expressive sound.
Each week, we explore a new theme, and you’ll receive at least five new exercises to practice with full body awareness. I’ll be with you LIVE each week, guiding you through all the exercises to ensure you gain a clear understanding of how to apply these tools in your professional performance.

A one-hour solo session for personal follow-up and targeted training — available either online or in person in Copenhagen or Helsingør
We meet on Zoom. You’ll also become part of a private Facebook group, where I share insights related to the weekly theme and where you can ask questions and share your experiences.
