This meditation deeply relaxes your voice. Long after the session, you may still feel a stronger sense of connection to yourself. It’s a powerful opportunity to find calm, align your inner and outer voice, and cultivate deeper embodiment.

Humming means to hum. It is a healing vibration that your entire body responds to. Humming has a range of beneficial effects on the body and nervous system, supporting both physical and mental well-being. Here are a few reasons why:

Humming Breath Meditation

Activates the parasympathetic nervous system:
When we hum, we stimulate the vagus nerve, which is part of the parasympathetic nervous system. This helps reduce stress, lower the heart rate, and promote a sense of calm and relaxation.

Increases resonance in the body:
Humming creates vibrations that can be felt throughout the body, especially in the chest, throat, and head. These vibrations help release muscular tension, particularly in the neck and chest area, leading to a feeling of relaxation and freer energy flow.

We meet online via Zoom for a 2-hour session where you’ll have space to share your intentions.
